I don’t understand, this blog readership shot up from just about 4-5 people to 35-40 unique visitors. The increase happened some time in mid-June’05. It makes me rather curious as to who’s reading this blog. Anyone care to email back to intro a bit, somehow?

I’m currently spending my weekend in Singapore. I was deprieved of Internet and computer for the weekend. Stupid HD went kaput. At first, I thought it’s the memory, so went ahead and bought myself a new stick. Then, I realized my HD’s giving problem as well…And now, I’m poorer by a few hundred SGD… damnit.

Later.

Just saw Sepet VCD on sale at Speedy Video. Priced at RM19.90, I would think that it’s rather expensive. Furthermore, 8 CUTS were made to the film for cinema release and naturally, I would think that the VCD version bears the snips too.

However, I read rumours saying that the VCD version has all the 8 deleted parts intact. True?

Last night, while trying to access my blog, I got the page below. Thinking that it had been hacked or something (this could still be the case), I went frantic about it. However some information-searching, I came to the conclusion that the problem’s with the server.

Coming to my blog again this morning, I’m pretty glad to see that everything’s back to normal. I hope the blogsome team’d restored my blog, and none is lost from my blog.

Followed my aunt to singapore today. started off at about 8am, but only reached singapore at around 3pm, all thansk to the the jam near Nilai. A truck’s load of timber was ’spilled’ all over the highway and caused the road un-passable…

After dilly-dallying for awhile, it’s already time to have dinner. It was 6pm, and I went to Kopitiam to have dinner with my housemates. It’s been quite awhile since we chit-chat-ed, so we took the time to talk about everything that we could. And apparently, my landlady wanted to increase the rent. I’m pretty flexible, so I told that I’m alright with whatever decision they take, be it staying put or moving to another place.

Then, at around 9pm, I went to Coffee Bean to meet up with an online friend of about 8-9 years, J. J has known me and CN back when we three used this ancient chat software (which all of us have forgot what’s it called), amd over the years, I’ve kept in touched with J through email, ICQ and MSN. It has been an on and off friendship, where greetings were exchanged after a course of a year or so. And finally, both of decided to meet today at Coffee Bean at West Mall.

So I finally met J. He wore a hat, white shirt and a pair of Berms. We exchanged greetings, and moved to another makan place since Coffee Bean’s pretty crowded. We chatted for about 1 1/2 hr, which is pretty long for 2 fellas who has nothing much in common except that we are of the same age. He’s basically graduated from NUS in biogical field, then worked with Spore Zoo, before going to Sabah and decided to pursue Master at Sabah university. I told him about my company and the recent events that took place. We basically exchanged stories and opinions.

We finally bid each other farewell. He took the train back to Chuo Chu Kang and I decided to go to Cheers to get some drinks before heading home. Went to a newpaper stand to get Maxim March edition for C. Went back right after.

My previous entry was apparently mistaken when I saw the pigeon chick again a few days back. It’s much larger now, but still seemed rather weak.

However, looking out of the window after coming back from lunch today, the lifeless body of the chick greeted me.
Many reasons for this:

1) Stressed by me
2) Parent pigeons are not able to take care of the chick.
3) The chick is simply not well.
